faculty placeholder - Norwich University Shield TM

I was able to take specialized classes, conduct my own research, meet and work with people in fields I wouldn’t normally interact with, take exciting trips, and make connections in ways that aren’t available outside of the program.

The Honors Program was incredibly beneficial to my college experience, both academically and socially. I was able to take specialized classes, conduct my own research, meet and work with people in fields I wouldn’t normally interact with, take exciting trips, and make connections in ways that aren’t available outside of the program. It gave me the push and the space to do and explore ideas I wouldn’t have been able to do on my own and set me apart from my peers in ways I could have never imagined.

I was no longer just in the crowd at lectures, I was giving them; people were asking me about my research in the halls and bringing it up in classes, I was planning conferences and meeting senators. The Honors Program opened all those doors and created all those paths for me to develop skills, that no matter what my goals are, continue to aid me even after I’ve graduated.
