Hours

From May 2 through Aug. 29, the 1984 and Plumley Fitness Centers will be operating on Summer hours. 

Monday-Friday: 6 a.m.-10 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 6 a.m.-8 p.m.

Both fitness centers are closed during University closures.

Pool

The pool is closed for the summer starting May 1. Check back for updates on Fall open swim hours.

Plumley Closed for Repairs

The Plumley Fitness Center and Locker rooms are closed from May 4-15 for repairs to be made on the steam system.

Footwear

Outside shoes are not allowed to be worn in the facility. Please bring a pair of shoes to change into. To find more Fitness Center Policies, please check out our policies webpage.

Shaw Outdoor Center

Located across the street at the base of Paine Mountain, just 500 steps from the Wise Campus Center, the Shaw Outdoor Center offers free use of outdoor recreational equipment and access to the Paine Mountain trail system for hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, trail running, and more.
