Elizabeth VanHorn

Elizabeth VanHorn, MSN, RN, joined the faculty of the School of Nursing at Norwich University in 2020 as a lecturer and clinical instructor.

She graduated in 2006 from Norwich University with a BS in nursing, and then returned to complete her Master of Nursing Education at Norwich University in 2014.

Prior to joining the faculty at the School of Nursing, Elizabeth spent 6 years in U.S. Army Nurse Corps during which time she specialized in obstetric nursing. Her further practice experience includes working as an emergency room nurse, an obstetric unit nurse educator and a certified AHA instructor. Additionally she holds certifications in both childbirth education and obstetrical nursing.
