Scott L. Page, Ph.D., joined the Norwich faculty in 1999 and has served as the chair of the Department of Biology from 2009 to 2015 and from 2016 to 2019.

He earned his B.S. in health science at Grand Valley State University and a Ph.D. in anatomy and cell biology from the Wayne State University School of Medicine, where he researched the molecular phylogeny of catarrhine and hominoid primates. His interests include the genetics and phylogenetics of craniofacial development in primates, primate phylogeny, and science in society. He currently teaches Human Anatomy and Physiology I and II, Genetics, Evolution, Embryology, Introduction to Science and Scientific Terminology, and Neuroanatomy.
