Norwich University proudly introduces women’s wrestling as its 23rd varsity sport, with the inaugural season set to begin in the 2025–26 academic year.

Under the leadership of head coach Connor Keating — a Norwich wrestling legend and one of the most accomplished wrestlers in program history — the team is ready to make history. Competing in Plumley Armory, the Cadets will wrestle under the lights and build a legacy of strength, determination, and success.

"Norwich University is excited to announce the addition of women’s wrestling to our varsity sports roster, making us the first senior military college or federal service academy to take this step,” said LtGen John Broadmeadow, USMC (Ret.), 25th President of Norwich University. “This significant milestone embodies our ongoing dedication to fostering opportunities for all students to compete at the highest levels."
