Leadership

THE CHALLENGE TO BECOME A LEADER

You have a leadership ambition to make a difference. Our faculty invites you to join our Leadership program to reach your goals and then to go beyond them. But do not expect an easy path. It is one thing to memorize information from a textbook, then repeat it on a test. It is another thing to transform yourself into a leader that people trust and respect.

While you have innate qualities already, it takes hard work, discipline, and commitment. But the reward is building the skillsets, developing a leadership value system, and learning to seek support as you become the person that inspires others to follow. If you are up for the challenge, then we are here to motivate you every step of the way.

YOUR LIFE IN THE NORWICH LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

As a Leadership major, you gain a global leadership perspective in the public, private, or military spheres.

You cultivate skills to bring people together, listen to them, think collectively, and include them in the leadership process—regardless of their social and cultural backgrounds. Round out your study by learning how to use data and technology to humanely create a better world.

HONE YOUR SKILLS BEYOND THE CLASSROOM
