Norwich University dedicated the Senator Patrick Leahy School of Cybersecurity and Advanced Computing today during the “U.S. Senator Patrick Leahy Cyber Symposium.” Formerly the School of Cybersecurity, Data Science, and Computing, the new name reflects Leahy’s longstanding support of cybersecurity education at Norwich University and in the state of Vermont.

In July, Norwich’s U.S. Army ROTC Pioneer Battalion received the Defense Department ROTC and Educational Institution Partnership Excellence Award. The Excellence Award recognizes exceptional performance in the 2019-20 academic year and standing out among the 496 U.S. colleges and universities that host ROTC units.
