Meghan brings over 20 years of career coaching experience and a true passion for empowering her clients to realize their values, assets, motivations, strategies, and goals. Her ability to work across a wide variety of industries and occupations allows her to provide useful resources and insight to her clients. She received her bachelor’s degree in Family and Community Services from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst and earned her master’s degree in Education and Career Counseling from the University of Vermont. Some of Meghan’s niche areas include the Action Sports and Outdoor Sports industries. She says that watching the light bulb go off is one of the biggest reasons she loves her work!

In Meghan’s “down” time you will find her in the mountains split boarding in the Vermont backcountry, riding single-track on her mountain bike or climbing.
