Resources

First Year Parking Pass

First-year residential students are not permitted to have a vehicle on campus. However, our office may grant exceptions for unique circumstances. Students can request an exemption request based on specific needs, such as military or contracted service responsibilities, off-campus academic or employment commitments, or recurring medical appointments.

Please note that approval is also contingent on the availability of parking passes. Students approved to have a vehicle will need to register with NU Public Safety.

Students seeking approval for early arrival must complete and submit this form, and provide any supporting documentation. The Dean of Students' office will review each request. Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee approval, and additional fees may apply for early housing accommodations.
