SFC Gabriela Lozano, is a Human Resources NCO for the Army ROTC ”Pioneer Battalion” She is the Administrative NCO for the ROTC Instructors and the Cadets. She has served in Engineer, Cavalry and Human Resource Units and has deployed to serve in the humanitarian response to the 2010 Haiti earthquake and two Afghanistan tours in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
