Dear Norwich Parents and Families,
I am writing to share some truly exciting news regarding a significant and culminating project that will redefine the digital experience here at Norwich University.
For several years, we have been investing deeply in complete overhaul of our core technology systems. Today, I am proud to announce the launch of our UnifyNU initiative. This is more than just an IT upgrade; it is a foundational transformation designed to modernize the way our students, faculty, and staff interact with the university, creating a streamlined, secure, and fully integrated experience.
Our goal is simple: to connect every touchpoint on campus—from class registration and academic advising to financial aid and campus services—with a single, secure, and mobile-friendly digital platform.
Think of this as building a single, cohesive engine where all the necessary components work together seamlessly. This new platform will ensure that you and your students have a much easier time accessing the information you need, leading to:
🗓️ Important Action Items: December 18th
As we transition to this powerful new system, we have set a critical deadline to ensure a smooth and successful start to the Spring Semester.
**To ensure your student’s account is accurately migrated and ready for the new year, we ask that you complete the following two actions prior to our transition date of December 18th:
Completing these tasks by the specified date is essential for a successful transition and will prevent any potential delays or complications in accessing the new system and starting classes in January.
This is a monumental undertaking for Norwich, one that will enhance the quality of service, communication, and technological support for every member of our community. This is an exciting time for the University, and I look forward to the many benefits this modern platform will bring to your student’s Norwich experience.
Thank you for your continued partnership and support as we forge ahead.
Norwich Forever!
John J. Broadmeadow President, Norwich University
