College is a time of self-discovery. Knowing who you are, what skills you have and what skills you need to develop are invaluable to moving forward in the career readiness process. We have a variety of resources that can help you begin your path to career and life success.

The CIC has experienced coaches and helpful tools to help you start this process. Once you know more about career paths that may be a good fit, you can begin to dive deeper into what those paths entail! What is the work environment like? Where types of employers hire for my major? What is the growth in that sector? What level of education do you need for an entry-level position? What are typical job titles?

Knowing our interests, values, skills and personalities can be very helpful in choosing a major or a potential career path.
