Jennifer Robtoy

Jennifer Robtoy, MSN, RNC-OB, is an experienced nurse educator and practicing registered nurse with a strong commitment to women’s health and obstetric nursing. She is currently active at the bedside in inpatient obstetrics at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, where she provides patient-centered care to women and families throughout the childbirth experience.

Since joining Norwich University in 2023, Robtoy has served as a lecturer of nursing, combining her clinical expertise with her passion for educating and mentoring the next generation of nurses. Her teaching and professional practice are informed by current clinical standards, evidence-based nursing practice, and her experiences caring for patients in the acute care setting.

Robtoy’s professional interests include women’s health, obstetrics, and forensic nursing. She is particularly interested in supporting nurses as they develop the knowledge, clinical judgment, communication skills, and compassionate approach needed to care for diverse patient populations. Her continued involvement in both nursing education and bedside practice allows her to bring real-world clinical experience into the classroom while remaining engaged with evolving healthcare practices.

Through her roles in academia and clinical practice, she is dedicated to advancing nursing education, promoting high-quality patient care, and preparing future nurses to provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
