John Dulmage received his M.Ed. from Boston College, a B.A. from St. Columban’s College, and a B.A. from Norwich University, where he majored in psychology and minored in neuroscience.

At Norwich, he has served as a neuroscience research assistant and a research and systems analyst in the study of traumatic brain injury, PTSD, and the use of Transcendental Meditation for resilience building in soldiers.

Dulmage teaches a variety of courses for Norwich students enrolled in the university's campus and online programs and, more recently, for NU's affiliate study abroad program in Chengdu, China. These courses include Introduction to Psychology, Cross-Cultural Psychology, Social Psychology, and Child/Adolescent Development.

In addition, Dulmage also teaches Research Methods for the Criminal Justice program and Forensic Psychology for the university's online College of Graduate and Continuing Studies. He is active in Norwich community activities, including student mentoring, and is founding member of the Student Veteran Association.
