About
Dr. Pelin Kohn intertwines 20+ years of executive coaching with competence-based leadership skills to make an impact on the community. Pelin developed the Norwich Leadership Program, an accredited Bachelor of Science in Leadership major with 12 new courses, and is the Founding Director of the Center for Leadership.
Before moving to the United States, Executive Coach Pelin Kohn shaped leaders at global brands such as Bosch, British Petroleum, Ford, Hyundai, and Turkish Airlines. Her leadership coaching resonates with the inner motivations of emerging and established leaders at all levels and backgrounds.
In addition to teaching leadership and management courses, Dr. Kohn's research focuses on popular culture and leadership, innovative leadership training techniques, and metaphorical analysis of leadership.
