Person with medium colored straight shoulder length hair, light complexion, wearing a green patterned shirt.

Katie Mandych, career coach, brings 12+ years of experience supporting students, youth, and adult learners through skill-building, goal-setting, and workforce development.

After receiving her bachelor's degree in anthropology with minors in German and Spanish from The College of Wooster, she pursued her master’s in European ethnology from the University of Innsbruck in Austria.

She draws on global perspectives and cultural competence to support students from diverse backgrounds and academic paths. As a Fulbright scholar with international teaching, Katie provides practical, strengths-based, student-centered coaching that helps individuals clarify their goals, translate their experiences into meaningful skills, and take confident next steps – whether that’s exploring career options, preparing application materials, or highlighting prior experiences to meet new goals.

In her free time, she enjoys staying active and getting outdoors year-round, from hiking and running to playing volleyball and skiing, and finding the best swimming holes around Vermont. She is also an enthusiastic baker and loves experimenting with new recipes for friends and family.
