Information for Faculty

As part of our mission to create a culture of writing on campus, we are excited to support faculty and their courses in a variety of ways.

Working With Your Courses and Students

We are happy to collaborate with you to support your students through in-class workshops, drop-in writing support, or other partnerships. We offer a range of workshop topics on the writing process, APA, MLA, and Chicago style formatting and citations, and academic writing. However, we can also create a custom workshop to support your course, assignment, or program. Please request workshops through our Workshop Request Form at least two weeks in advance.

If you would like a custom workshop, are curious about drop-in support for your students, or would like to explore other collaboration opportunities, please email the Center for Writing Director, Kathryn Warrender-Hill, at kwarrend@norwich.edu.

Writing Assignment Support

We are happy to meet with faculty to discuss and workshop their writing assignments. Faculty should either email the Center for Writing, the director, or the assistant director to schedule a meeting.

Faculty Writing Support

Faculty can also reach out to us to get support on their own writing projects. Please email the Center for Writing, the director, or the assistant director to schedule a meeting.
