The Naval and Marine Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (NROTC) cadre is comprised of highly dedicated and experienced military officers and enlisted personnel who serve as mentors and leaders for the next generation of naval and marine officers. These individuals bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the program, having honed their skills through years of service in the United States Navy and Marine Corps. They are not only educators but also role models, instilling in their cadets the values of honor, courage, and commitment that are the bedrock of naval service.

The cadre's commitment to excellence is unwavering, as they guide and prepare future naval and marine officers to meet the challenges of a rapidly evolving world, ensuring that they are well-prepared to uphold the traditions and defend the interests of our nation at sea and on land.
